Historical Countrywood Neighborhood
Greater Countrywood comprises about 2800 houses plus condominiums and apartments. Its boundaries are Germantown Parkway on the West, Fletcher Creek/Berryhill on the East, Highway 64/I-40 on the North and Dexter on South. Several in-fill neighborhoods are within Countrywood Neighborhood Association’s boundaries — Colonial Country Club, Fairway Gardens, Eagle Ridge, Colonial Estates, Carrollwood, as well as Chimneyhill Condominiums, Countrywood West Condominiums, RockCreek Apartments, Lincoln at Wolfchase Luxury Apartment Homes, Colonial Towers, and several local businesses.
